location is good, execution needs work

excessive delay incomplete turndown

the check-in process was problematic. i arrived, and was told my room needed a final check, which took an excessive amount of time. later, i discovered that turndown service had not been completed. this oversight was disappointing.

misleading menu non existent service

The hotel location was acceptable, and I could walk to many places safely.

The breakfast brunch menu misled me completely. The greeter said eggs and oatmeal were a la carte. I was shocked to see the total bill at 595 Rand. The omelette was awful. The waitress service was non existent.

Excellent Hotel Experience

beautiful suite breakfast options tranquility treatment

The island suite was furnished beautifully with every amenity imaginable. Breakfast had a plethora of options. I also enjoyed a tranquility couples treatment at the spa.

The room was not ready at check-in. I was upgraded to an island suite after waiting.

The hotel is centrally located near the v and a waterfront area. The waterfront includes many shops and restaurants, all within a safe walking distance. The location offers fine views of Table Mountain.
